We can tailor a maintenance schedule to fit your business and system needs. Anywhere from a weekly checkup to an annual overhaul. 

Our most common are:

System Maintenance and Backup Verification.
We schedule a time to arrive either before you open or at the end of your business day to look at each workstation for problems. From power supplies and fans to virus protection software updates. We also use this time to verify that your backups are working properly. This service can be scheduled weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.

Full System Maintenance
We schedule time to open and clean contaminates in each system, run scandisk, defragment, and full virus scan. We also check for problems with mice, keyboards, CD ROM drives and monitors. A FULL SYSTEM backup is made and verified. Printers are cleaned and tested. Uninterruptible Power Supply batteries are checked. Network hubs and switches are checked for proper operation. We will identify components that need to be upgraded or replaced. Our report of recommendations with give you a tool to plan for future expenses. This can be scheduled Semi-Annually, Annually or as needed.
